The rightward drift of Texas's so-called leaders, even as the state becomes more diverse and progressive, is an embarrassment. It can only be sustained by more voter suppression, which the legislative majority freely admits. Time for the REAL people of Texas to get out and VOTE!
The Broken Wheel Bar did good service yesterday. I sat outside for the storm's arrival (a quick hailstorm) and the soaking rain that followed. One of those days I'm glad to be sitting out there.
