So glad the border wall is seemingly halted in the parks for now. Still feels problematic for it to be built in the other regions on private property, though.
To their credit, most of the leaders of the "Save Big Bend" effort are working to oppose the non-park expansion of the border wall. Just a weekend spent touring the area will convince most observers that a wall through such desolate land is not cost-effective.
